Ingredients:
Rice (sela): 1kg
Orange food color:1tsp
Sugar:750gm
Ghee:250gn
Almonds:50gm
Pistachios:50gm
Tutti fruity :1cup
Khoya:1cup
Green cardamom:4
Recipe:
Soak rice in water for 1an hour then drainout it.
Boil rice with food color for 15-20minutes or till more than half boiled.
Drain out rice and keep aside.
Heat up ghee,add green cardamom,fry it.now put half of boiled rice,spread it then make a layer of sugar again put rice.
Now sprinkle nuts and tutti fruity.on slow flame cook it for 15_20 minutes.
Mix it well then sprinkle khoya on top now serve it.
