Spicy fried fish

Ingredients:
Fish (sliced): 1kg
Salt: to taste
Red chili flakes:2tsp
Turmeric powder:1tsp
Garam masala powder:1tsp
Cumin powder:1tsp
Khatai powder:2tsp
Gram flour:2tbsp
Egg:1
Oil: To fry
Recipe:
Mix gram flour in 2tbsp of water then add all spices in it and mix well.
Marinate fish slices with this mixture for 2_4hours.
Then add beaten egg on fish,mix lightly.
Heat up oil,put fish slices till golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot with green sauce.
