Spicy fried fish

Ingredients:
  1. Fish (sliced): 1kg

  2. Salt: to taste

  3. Red chili flakes:2tsp

  4. Turmeric powder:1tsp

  5. Garam masala powder:1tsp

  6. Cumin powder:1tsp

  7. Khatai powder:2tsp

  8. Gram flour:2tbsp

  9. Egg:1

  10. Oil: To fry

Recipe:
  • Mix gram flour in 2tbsp of water then add all spices in it and mix well.

  • Marinate fish slices with this mixture for 2_4hours.

  • Then add beaten egg on fish,mix lightly.

  • Heat up oil,put fish slices till golden brown from both sides.

  • Serve hot with green sauce.
