WHITE MUTTON KARAHI

INGREDIENTS:
Mutton : 1/2 kg
Yogurt : 250 gms
Onion : 1
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp
Ginger : 1 Piece
Coriander Leaves : 1/2 bunch
Green Chilies : 5-6
Black Pepper : 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds (crushed) : 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds (crushed) : 1 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Oil : 1/2 Cup
RECIPE:
Marinate Mutton with all dry ingredients for 1/2 an hour.
In a Pan heat up Oil and add Onion to become soft then add Ginger Garlic Paste,fry it.
Now add Mutton ,fry it till brown,now add 1 & 1/2 Glass of Water,cook it for 1 an hour.
When meat ready add yogurt and dry its water,when Oil bring out on surface.add Green masala, keep it on slow flame more 5 minutes, then switch off the flame.
Serve with Ginger, Green Masala..
