WHITE MUTTON KARAHI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton : 1/2 kg

  2. Yogurt : 250 gms

  3. Onion : 1

  4. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp

  5. Ginger : 1 Piece

  6. Coriander Leaves : 1/2 bunch

  7. Green Chilies : 5-6

  8. Black Pepper : 1 tbsp

  9. Coriander Seeds (crushed) : 1 tbsp

  10. Cumin Seeds (crushed) : 1 tbsp

  11. Salt : To Taste

  12. Oil : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Marinate Mutton with all dry ingredients for 1/2 an hour.

  • In a Pan heat up Oil and add Onion to become soft then add Ginger Garlic Paste,fry it.

  • Now add Mutton ,fry it till brown,now add 1 & 1/2 Glass of Water,cook it for 1 an hour.

  • When meat ready add yogurt and dry its water,when Oil bring out on surface.add Green masala, keep it on slow flame more 5 minutes, then switch off the flame.

  • Serve with Ginger, Green Masala..
