WALNUT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
Walnuts : 2 Cups
Sugar : 2 Cups
Butter : 50 grams
Egg's Yolks : 4
Milk : 1/2 Cup
Raisins : As required
RECIPE:
Roast Walnuts then mix butter in it and roast again then switch off the flame.
Chop Walnuts,In a Bowl beat Egg's Yolks then add chopped Walnuts,Sugar, Milk, Raisins, beat it again.
In Pudding Mould, pour this mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated Oven of 180 c.
Now cool it.
