WALNUT PUDDING


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Walnuts : 2 Cups

  2. Sugar : 2 Cups

  3. Butter : 50 grams

  4. Egg's Yolks : 4

  5. Milk : 1/2 Cup

  6. Raisins : As required

RECIPE:
  • Roast Walnuts then mix butter in it and roast again then switch off the flame.

  • Chop Walnuts,In a Bowl beat Egg's Yolks then add chopped Walnuts,Sugar, Milk, Raisins, beat it again.

  • In Pudding Mould, pour this mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated Oven of 180 c.

  • Now cool it.
