TOKYO CHOP SUEY

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Beef (undercut) : 250 gms

  2. Noodles : 1 Packet

  3. Green Onions (juliencut) : 3-4

  4. Soya Sauce : 1/4 Cup

  5. White Vinegar : 2 tbsp

  6. Chili Garlic Sauce : 1 tbsp

  7. Worcestershire sauce : 1 tbsp

  8. Hot Chili Sauce : 1 tbsp

  9. Salt : To Taste

  10. Oil : 4 tbsp

INGREDIENTS:
  • Marinate Beef with all sauces & Vinegar for 2 hrs.

  • Boil and drain out Noodles.

  • Heat up Oil, fry Noodles lightly then bring out it.

  • In leftover Oil,add Beef,stir fry this & add Green onion, fry it for more 2 minutes.

  • Now add salt,mix it include boiled Noodles.

  • serve it hot with Ketchup.
