TOKYO CHOP SUEY

INGREDIENTS:
Beef (undercut) : 250 gms
Noodles : 1 Packet
Green Onions (juliencut) : 3-4
Soya Sauce : 1/4 Cup
White Vinegar : 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce : 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce : 1 tbsp
Hot Chili Sauce : 1 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Oil : 4 tbsp
INGREDIENTS:
Marinate Beef with all sauces & Vinegar for 2 hrs.
Boil and drain out Noodles.
Heat up Oil, fry Noodles lightly then bring out it.
In leftover Oil,add Beef,stir fry this & add Green onion, fry it for more 2 minutes.
Now add salt,mix it include boiled Noodles.
serve it hot with Ketchup.
