Thai Soup


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken (boneless) : 50 gms(thin sliced)

  2. Chicken Stock : 3 Cups

  3. Ginger(thin sliced) : 1/2" piece

  4. Curry Leaves : As required

  5. Dry Red Chilies : 4

  6. Green Chilies :2

  7. Black Pepper : As required

  8. White Pepper : As required

  9. Lemon Juice : 1

  10. Corn Flour: 1 tbsp

  11. Salt : To Taste

  12. Oil : 1 tbsp

RECIPE:

  • In a Pan Take Oil,add Curry Leaves, Red dry Chilies,Ginger and Chicken. when Chicken get White Color,add Chicken Stock.

  • After this add Green Chilies,Black pepper,Salt, White Pepper.

  • when it boiling add Corn Flour slowly, when its getting thick add Lemon Juice.

  • Before Serving separate vegetables from it.

  • Decor with Green Onion.

  • Served with Chicken Fried Rice.
