INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boneless) : 50 gms(thin sliced)
Chicken Stock : 3 Cups
Ginger(thin sliced) : 1/2" piece
Curry Leaves : As required
Dry Red Chilies : 4
Green Chilies :2
Black Pepper : As required
White Pepper : As required
Lemon Juice : 1
Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Oil : 1 tbsp
RECIPE:
In a Pan Take Oil,add Curry Leaves, Red dry Chilies,Ginger and Chicken. when Chicken get White Color,add Chicken Stock.
After this add Green Chilies,Black pepper,Salt, White Pepper.
when it boiling add Corn Flour slowly, when its getting thick add Lemon Juice.
Before Serving separate vegetables from it.
Decor with Green Onion.
Served with Chicken Fried Rice.
