TAMATAR CHATNI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Tomatoes (chopped) : 250 gm

  2. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  3. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  4. Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp

  5. Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  6. Mustard Seeds : 1tsp

  7. Nigella : 1/2 tsp

  8. Fenugreek Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  9. Oil : 2 tbsp.

RECIPE:
  • Roast and chopped all seeds.

  • Heat up Oil, add chopped Tomatoes cook it to soft then add Salt, Chili Powder, mix it.

  • Cook it more 10 minutes then dry it on high flame.

  • Switch of the flame and sprinkle roasted Seed's Powder on it.
