TAMATAR CHATNI

INGREDIENTS:
Tomatoes (chopped) : 250 gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1tsp
Nigella : 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp.
RECIPE:
Roast and chopped all seeds.
Heat up Oil, add chopped Tomatoes cook it to soft then add Salt, Chili Powder, mix it.
Cook it more 10 minutes then dry it on high flame.
Switch of the flame and sprinkle roasted Seed's Powder on it.
