INGREDIENTS :

1. Strawberries : 500 gms

2. Jowar (roasted) : 2 tbsp

3. Cream : 1 Cup

4. Honey : 2 tbsp

5. Corn Flakes ( roasted) : 2 tbsp

6. Mint Leaves :as required

RECIPE:

• Roast Jowar and Corn Flakes separately in Microwave Oven for 1 minute.

• Beat Cream well than add Honey & Jowar,mix it.

• In Serving Glass first add Strawberry then Flakes than Cream, again make this layer.

• Top it with Mint leaves,serve chill.
