SOJI KI KHEER


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Semolina : 250 gm

  2. Butter : 2 tbsp.

  3. Sugar : 250 gm

  4. Milk : 500ml

  5. Almonds (chopped) : 25 gm

  6. Pistachios (chopped) : 25 gm

RECIPE:
  • Melt Butter add Semolina cook it for change the color then add Sugar, mix it.

  • Now add Milk and cook on slow flame to thick.

  • Now dish out and sprinkle nuts on it.
