SHRIMPS TEMPURA

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Shrimps : 200 gm

  2. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  3. Black Pepper : 1 tsp

  4. Red Chili Flakes : 1/2 tsp

  5. Chili Sauce : 2 tsp

  6. Soy Sauce : 2tsp

  7. Vinegar : 1 tsp

  8. All purpose flour : 2 tbsp

  9. Eggs : 2

  10. Corn Flakes (chopped): 1/2 Cup

  11. Oil : To fry

RECIPE:
  • Peel and devein the Shrimps. add all spices and sauces, marinate for 1/2 an hour.

  • Dissolve All purpose flour in little water then add Eggs, beat it then dip shrimp then coated Shrimps with Corn Flakes again dip in Eggs.

  • Heat up Oil, fry this shrimps till golden brown but not hard.

  • Serve with Garlic Sauce.
