SHRIMPS TEMPURA

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimps : 200 gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1/2 tsp
Chili Sauce : 2 tsp
Soy Sauce : 2tsp
Vinegar : 1 tsp
All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
Eggs : 2
Corn Flakes (chopped): 1/2 Cup
Oil : To fry
RECIPE:
Peel and devein the Shrimps. add all spices and sauces, marinate for 1/2 an hour.
Dissolve All purpose flour in little water then add Eggs, beat it then dip shrimp then coated Shrimps with Corn Flakes again dip in Eggs.
Heat up Oil, fry this shrimps till golden brown but not hard.
Serve with Garlic Sauce.
