INGREDIENTS:
Beef : 1/2 kg
Split chickpea : 125 gm
Salt : 1 tsp
Red Chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) : 2
Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1/2 bunch
Onion (sliced):1
Onion (chopped) :1
Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
RECIPE:
Soaked Lentil for 2 hours then keep it for boil till cook.
Cook Beef with all ingredients and 1 sliced Onion, till cook and dry.
Chop Beef and boiled Split Chickpea together or separate.
Add Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Onion and Garam Masala.
Mix it well and make kabab or patty of it.
Heat Ghee and fry these kababas from both sides till light brown.
Serve with chapaties and sauce.
