INGREDIENTS:
Mince : 1 kg
Salt : 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp
Raw Papaya Paste : 2 tbsp.
Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tbsp.
Onion (fine chopped): 2
Green Chilies (fine chopped) : 4-6
Coriander Leaves ( fine chopped) : 2 tbsp.
Garam Masala : 2 tsp
Oil : as required
Charcoal (small pieces) : as required
RECIPE:
Chop Mince and Green Masala in chopper, add all spices, raw papaya & Ginger Garlic paste. Mix well and take aside for 4 hours.
In BBQ Grill spread Charcoal pieces, pour Kerosene to fire. set the flame.
Wrap the Mince on BBQ Skewers by little thread. Grill the seekh kabab from both sides, pour some Cooking Oil when needed. When ready remove it from the skewer, serve hot with sauce and Onion's Rings.
