SAVIYAN


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Vermicelli (crushed) : 250 gms

  2. Ghee : 2 tbsp

  3. Milk : 1/2 Cup

  4. Sugar : 1 cup

  5. Coconut (chopped) : 25 gms

  6. Raisins : 25 gms

  7. Almonds (chopped) : 25 gms

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Ghee, add Vermicelli fry it till brown.Add Sugar, mix it.

  • Add Milk and cook on high flame till Milk will dry then add Raisins & Coconut,keep flame slow, covered it and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

  • When Vermicelli full cooked, switch off the flame.

  • Dishout this and sprinkle Almonds.
