INGREDIENTS:
Vermicelli (crushed) : 250 gms
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Milk : 1/2 Cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Coconut (chopped) : 25 gms
Raisins : 25 gms
Almonds (chopped) : 25 gms
RECIPE:
Heat up Ghee, add Vermicelli fry it till brown.Add Sugar, mix it.
Add Milk and cook on high flame till Milk will dry then add Raisins & Coconut,keep flame slow, covered it and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
When Vermicelli full cooked, switch off the flame.
Dishout this and sprinkle Almonds.
