ROGANI MACHLI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Fish (sliced) : 1/2 kg

  2. Yogurt : 1/2 cup

  3. Ghee : 1/2 cup

  4. Fenugreek Seed : 1/2 tsp

  5. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  6. Red Chili Powder : 1 1/2 tsp

  7. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp

  8. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  9. Onion (medium) : 2-3

  10. Garlic Paste : 2 tsp

  11. Black Pepper : 10

  12. Cloves : 2-3

  13. Green cardamom : 2

RECIPE:
  • Spread yogurt on fish slices, keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

  • Blend the onions and make a thick puree.

  • Heat up Ghee, add onion and garlic paste, cook it then add all spices , mix gradually then add fish, cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes, move it slowly not use spoon then dry it on high flame.

  • Now add 1Glass of water, and cook for more 15 minutes then switch off the flame.

  • Serve it with boiled rice.
