INGREDIENTS:
Fish (sliced) : 1/2 kg
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 1/2 cup
Fenugreek Seed : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Onion (medium) : 2-3
Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Black Pepper : 10
Cloves : 2-3
Green cardamom : 2
RECIPE:
Spread yogurt on fish slices, keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Blend the onions and make a thick puree.
Heat up Ghee, add onion and garlic paste, cook it then add all spices , mix gradually then add fish, cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes, move it slowly not use spoon then dry it on high flame.
Now add 1Glass of water, and cook for more 15 minutes then switch off the flame.
Serve it with boiled rice.
