QEEMA PARATHA


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mince: 500gm

  2. Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tsp

  3. Salt : 1 tsp

  4. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  5. Green Chilies (fine chopped) : 2-3

  6. Coriander leaves (fine chopped) : 1/4 bunch

  7. Onion (finely chopped): 2

  8. Gram masala powder : 1/2 tsp

  9. Oil : 2 tbsp.

FOR DOUGH:
  1. Flour : 2 cups

  2. All purpose flour : 1 cup

  3. Salt : 1 pinch

  4. Water : as required

  5. Ghee : To fry

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Oil, add Ginger Garlic Paste, cook it for 2 minutes then add Salt and Red chili flakes, mix it.

  • Add Mince, covered it and cook for half an hour. When ready, switch off the flame.

  • Cool it on room temperature then chop it.

  • Add Green chilies, Coriander leaves and Gram masala in Mince, mix well. keep it aside.

  • Squeeze both flours then add Salt and make soft dough with water, keep aside for 15minutes.

  • Make small balls of dough, roll it then keep some mince on it, close it and roll again then put it on Tava when cook light then turn it and pour Ghee, fry it from both sides till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with green Chutney and Raita.
