PRAWNS BALLS


INGREDIENTS :

  1. Prawns : 200 gms

  2. Salt : 1 pinch

  3. Black Pepper : 1 tsp

  4. Potatoes : 250 gms

  5. lemon drops : 2-3

  6. Chedder Cheese (crushed) : 2 tbsp

  7. Oil : To Fry

RECIPE:
  • Clean, shell off, washed and drain out Prawns.

  • Add some drops of lemon juice on it.

  • Boil and mash Potatoes add Salt, Black Pepper mix it well then make a patty and keep some cheese and prawns in center and make small ball.

  • Dip these balls in Egg's beater then fold in Bread Crumbs,

  • Heat up Oil, fry these balls in medium flame till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with sauce.
