PRAWNS BALLS

INGREDIENTS :
Prawns : 200 gms
Salt : 1 pinch
Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Potatoes : 250 gms
lemon drops : 2-3
Chedder Cheese (crushed) : 2 tbsp
Oil : To Fry
RECIPE:
Clean, shell off, washed and drain out Prawns.
Add some drops of lemon juice on it.
Boil and mash Potatoes add Salt, Black Pepper mix it well then make a patty and keep some cheese and prawns in center and make small ball.
Dip these balls in Egg's beater then fold in Bread Crumbs,
Heat up Oil, fry these balls in medium flame till golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.
