PISTACHIO RABDRI


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Milk : 1 tr

  2. Sugar : 1 Cup

  3. Pistachio (fine Chopped) :1/2 Cup

  4. Khoya : 500 gm

  5. Pistachio (sliced) : 2 tbsp

  6. Condensed Milk : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE:
  1. Boil Milk, add Pistachios and Sugar, cook on slow flame for 1 an hour.

  2. Add Condensed Milk and khoya in Milk and mix lightly.

  3. Pour it on Serving Dish and sprinkle chopped Pistachios.

  4. Chili it in Fridge then serve it.
