Pistachio icecream

Ingredients:
  1. Milk:1/2ltr

  2. Sugar:1/2 cup

  3. Pistachios:50gm

  4. Fresh cream:1cup

  5. Geliten powder:2tbsp

Recipe:
  • Boil milk,add sugar and pistachio,cook for 15minutes then cool it on room temperature.

  • Dissolve geliten powder in hot water.

  • Beat fresh cream, milk and geliten powder for 5minutes.

  • Put it in air tight jar,

  • Freeze it for 1an hour then again beat it for 10 minutes and put again in a jar.sprinkle some pistachios on top.freeze it overnight or 4hoirs.
