Ingredients:
Milk:1/2ltr
Sugar:1/2 cup
Pistachios:50gm
Fresh cream:1cup
Geliten powder:2tbsp
Recipe:
Boil milk,add sugar and pistachio,cook for 15minutes then cool it on room temperature.
Dissolve geliten powder in hot water.
Beat fresh cream, milk and geliten powder for 5minutes.
Put it in air tight jar,
Freeze it for 1an hour then again beat it for 10 minutes and put again in a jar.sprinkle some pistachios on top.freeze it overnight or 4hoirs.
