INGREDIENTS:
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Semolina : 1 Cup
Sugar Powder: 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk : 4 tbsp
Pistachios (crushed) : 1 Cup
RECIPE:
Heat up Ghee,add semolina cook till brown.
Add Sugar Powder,mix well.
Now add Condensed milk and Pistachios,mix fast.
Grease Tray, spread this mixture & cut in slices.
Keep to cool on room temperature then Serve.
