PISTA BARS


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Ghee: 2 tbsp

  2. Semolina : 1 Cup

  3. Sugar Powder: 2 tbsp

  4. Condensed Milk : 4 tbsp

  5. Pistachios (crushed) : 1 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Ghee,add semolina cook till brown.

  • Add Sugar Powder,mix well.

  • Now add Condensed milk and Pistachios,mix fast.

  • Grease Tray, spread this mixture & cut in slices.

  • Keep to cool on room temperature then Serve.
