INGREDIENTS :
Beef : 1 kg
Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds (crushed) : 1 tsp
Anardana (washed) : 2 tbsp
Corn Flour : 4 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala :1 tsp
Green Chilies (chopped): 4
Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1/2 bunch
Tomatoes (chopped) : 2
Raw Papaya Paste : 2 tbsp
Eggs : 2
Ghee : To Fry
RECIPE:
Fine chop Beef and again with Green Chilies, Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves,Anardana.
Add other spices,Raw Papaya Paste & Corn Flour in it, mix well.Take aside for 2 hours.
Then make round patties of this mixture.
Beat Eggs and dip this patty in it.
Heat Up Ghee on Tawa, fry these kababs from both sides till brown.
Decor with Tomato slices.
Serve hot with Naan & Green Sauce.
