PISHAWARI CHAPLI KABABS


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Beef : 1 kg

  2. Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp

  3. Coriander Seeds (crushed) : 1 tsp

  4. Anardana (washed) : 2 tbsp

  5. Corn Flour : 4 tbsp

  6. Salt : 1 tsp

  7. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  8. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  9. Garam Masala :1 tsp

  10. Green Chilies (chopped): 4

  11. Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1/2 bunch

  12. Tomatoes (chopped) : 2

  13. Raw Papaya Paste : 2 tbsp

  14. Eggs : 2

  15. Ghee : To Fry

RECIPE:
  • Fine chop Beef and again with Green Chilies, Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves,Anardana.

  • Add other spices,Raw Papaya Paste & Corn Flour in it, mix well.Take aside for 2 hours.

  • Then make round patties of this mixture.

  • Beat Eggs and dip this patty in it.

  • Heat Up Ghee on Tawa, fry these kababs from both sides till brown.

  • Decor with Tomato slices.

  • Serve hot with Naan & Green Sauce.
