PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:
Marry Biscuits : 1 packet
Butter : 50 gms
Sugar (chopped) : 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream : 1 packet
Cheese Cream : 1 jar
Gelatin powder : 1 tbsp
Icing Sugar : 1 cup
Pineapple chunks : 1 cane
pistachios : 50 gms
RECIPE:
Chop Biscuits,mix butter and Sugar,grease a Serving dish.Set this mixture in it.keep in Fridge for half an hour.
Beat Fresh cream, Cheese Cream, Gelatin Powder,Pineapple juice of a jar, Icing Sugar together,then pour this on Biscuit's layer,Put Pineapple chunks in this creamy mixture.
Keep leftover chunks and Pistachios on cake,keep in Fridge for 2 hours.
