INGREDIENTS :
  1. Pumpkin : 1/2 kg

  2. Cumin Seeds :1/2 tsp

  3. Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  4. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp

  5. Fenugreek Seeds : qtr tsp

  6. Fennel Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  7. Nigella Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  8. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  9. Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp

  10. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  11. Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tsp

  12. Green Chilies : 2

  13. Tomatoes (chopped) : 2

  14. Onion (sliced ): 1

  15. Oil : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Peel of pumpkin and cut it in small cubes.

  • Heat up Oil ,add Onion and soutay it.

  • Add all Seeds and fry for 1 minutes then add Ginger Garlic Paste, cook it.

  • Now add Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Tomatoes,cook it for 5 minutes till tomatoes will be soft.

  • Now add Pumpkin Cubes, mix it well, add 1/4 Cup Water.cook it for 10 minutes till pumpkin ready,dry water and Switch off the flame.

  • Now add Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala Powder.

  • Serve with Naans.
