INGREDIENTS :
Pumpkin : 1/2 kg
Cumin Seeds :1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds : qtr tsp
Fennel Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Nigella Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tsp
Green Chilies : 2
Tomatoes (chopped) : 2
Onion (sliced ): 1
Oil : 1/2 Cup
RECIPE:
Peel of pumpkin and cut it in small cubes.
Heat up Oil ,add Onion and soutay it.
Add all Seeds and fry for 1 minutes then add Ginger Garlic Paste, cook it.
Now add Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Tomatoes,cook it for 5 minutes till tomatoes will be soft.
Now add Pumpkin Cubes, mix it well, add 1/4 Cup Water.cook it for 10 minutes till pumpkin ready,dry water and Switch off the flame.
Now add Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala Powder.
Serve with Naans.
