PASANDAY ILACHI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Pasanday : 1/2 kg

  2. Onions : 125 gm

  3. Salt : To Taste

  4. Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp

  5. Green Chilies : 2

  6. Oil : 1 Cup

  7. Green Cardamom: 10

  8. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp

  9. Yogurt : 250 gm

RECIPE:

  • Heat Oil, fry Onion till brown then add Pasanday.

  • Cook for 5 minutes then add Ginger Garlic paste and Cardamom paste.

  • Now add Yogurt when its water dry,add Salt and Chilies.

  • Now with little water cook meat to ready.when Oil appear on surface,switch off the flame.
