INGREDIENTS:
Pasanday : 1/2 kg
Onions : 125 gm
Salt : To Taste
Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
Green Chilies : 2
Oil : 1 Cup
Green Cardamom: 10
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Yogurt : 250 gm
RECIPE:
Heat Oil, fry Onion till brown then add Pasanday.
Cook for 5 minutes then add Ginger Garlic paste and Cardamom paste.
Now add Yogurt when its water dry,add Salt and Chilies.
Now with little water cook meat to ready.when Oil appear on surface,switch off the flame.
