MUTTON CHOPS

INGREDIENTS :
Mutton Chops : 1 kg
Salt : 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) : 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp
Lemon : 2
Funnel Seeds : 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Ajwain (carom Seeds): 1 tsp
Oil : To fry
RECIPE:
Boil Mutton chops with little water and Ginger Garlic paste till cooked.
Then dry its Water on high flame.
Roast all seeds and crushed it.
Now add all spices on Mutton Chops and mix it well, marinate it for 1 an hour.
Heat up Oil, fry these Chops on medium flame from both sides till brown.
Serve hot with Lemon Slices, Green Sauce and Onion's Rings.
