MONG KI DAAL AUR MEETHI KA SAAG

INGREDIENTS:
Mong ki daal (Split Green Gram) : 1/2 kg
Onions (fine sliced) : 125 gm
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt : To Taste
Red Chilies Powder : To Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Meethi ka Saag (Green Fist) : 250 gm
Oil :As Required
RECIPE:
Clean Gram,soaked it for 2 hours.
Heat up Oil,add Onions and fry it to soft then add Salt,Red Chili, Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste cook it for 3 minutes.
Now add Saag,cook well (no burn),add some Water to cook this Saag,dry this Water.
Add Gram and cook both together then add 2 Cups of Water, cook it on slow flame.
When both ingredients cooked well,Water will dry,switch off the flame.
