MONG KI DAAL AUR MEETHI KA SAAG


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mong ki daal (Split Green Gram) : 1/2 kg

  2. Onions (fine sliced) : 125 gm

  3. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp

  4. Salt : To Taste

  5. Red Chilies Powder : To Taste

  6. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp

  7. Meethi ka Saag (Green Fist) : 250 gm

  8. Oil :As Required

RECIPE:
  • Clean Gram,soaked it for 2 hours.

  • Heat up Oil,add Onions and fry it to soft then add Salt,Red Chili, Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste cook it for 3 minutes.

  • Now add Saag,cook well (no burn),add some Water to cook this Saag,dry this Water.

  • Add Gram and cook both together then add 2 Cups of Water, cook it on slow flame.

  • When both ingredients cooked well,Water will dry,switch off the flame.
