Mong ki daal


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Split Green Gram (soaked): 250 gram

  2. Oil : 1/4 Cup

  3. Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp

  4. Curry leaves : 2-4

  5. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  6. Red Chili Flakes :1/2 tsp

  7. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  8. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp

  9. Garlic Cloves (chopped) : 2


RECIPE:
  • Drain out soaked pulse.

  • Heat Oil, add Garlic Cloves,Cumin Seeds, and Curry leaves fry for 1 minute.

  • Add Red Chili Flakes.Salt,Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste,cook it.

  • Now add very little Water and Pulse, mix it and cook without cover for 10 minute.When Water reduce,keep flame slow and cook more 10 minutes on very slow flame with cover.

  • Now Serve with chapaties and pickle.
