MINCED LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS :
Lasagna Sheets : 1 packet
Filling :
Minced : 500 gms
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Rec Chili Flakes :1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
Tomato Puree : 1/2 Cup
Tomato Ketchup : 1/2 Cup
White Sauce :
Butter : 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour : 1 tbsp
Cream : 4 btsp
Milk : 1/2 Cup
Topping :
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/2 Bar
Cheddar Cheese : 1/2 Bar
RECIPE:
Boil Lasagna Sheets with Some Salt and Oil for 15 - 20 minutes then drain out it and squeeze it with Tap Water then spread it separately.
Boil Minced on it's own Water for 1/2 an Hour with all spices, when it cooked dry its Water completely.
In pan add Butter, melt it then add All Purpose Flour then Butter and Milk, make a thick puree.
Now Grease Lasagna Pan with some Butter,spread some sheets on it then some Tomato Puree, Tomato Ketchup, White Sauce & cooked minced.
Repeat this method for 2 times more and in end spreadsheets.
Sprinkle shredded Cheeses on it.
Bake it in preheated Oven of 180 c for 15- 20 minutes.
Then Grill it for 2-3 minutes for golden brown color.
Serve it hot.
