INGREDIENTS :
Potatoes : 500 gm
Green Onions : 250 gm
Fenugreek Leaves : 250 gm
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp.
Green Chilies (chopped) : 2
Yogurt : 2 tbsp.
Oil : 1/2 a Cup
RECIPE:
Peel off the Potatoes and cut in cubes, Chop the Green Part of Onions, Separate the Leaves of Fenugreek.
Heat up Oil, add Cumin Seeds, fry it.
No add all spices and Ginger Garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes then add Yogurt, dry it's water.
Now add Green Onions, cook for 2 minutes then add Potatoes , add some water and cook for 20- 25 minutes then add fenugreek leaves, cook more 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped Green Chilies, serve it.
