METHI ALOO


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Potatoes : 500 gm

  2. Green Onions : 250 gm

  3. Fenugreek Leaves : 250 gm

  4. Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp

  5. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  6. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp

  7. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp.

  8. Green Chilies (chopped) : 2

  9. Yogurt : 2 tbsp.

  10. Oil : 1/2 a Cup

RECIPE:
  • Peel off the Potatoes and cut in cubes, Chop the Green Part of Onions, Separate the Leaves of Fenugreek.

  • Heat up Oil, add Cumin Seeds, fry it.

  • No add all spices and Ginger Garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes then add Yogurt, dry it's water.

  • Now add Green Onions, cook for 2 minutes then add Potatoes , add some water and cook for 20- 25 minutes then add fenugreek leaves, cook more 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped Green Chilies, serve it.
