MEETHAY SAMOSAY


INGREDIENTS:

  1. All Purpose Flour : 1 kg

  2. Almonds (fine chopped) : 100 gms

  3. Pistachios (fine chopped) : 75 gms

  4. Coconut (fine chopped): 100 gms

  5. Raisins : 100 gms

  6. Dry Dates (fine chopped) : 100 gms

  7. Ghee : As Required

  8. Sugar : 1/2 kg

  9. Baking Soda : 1/2 tsp

RECIPE:
  • Heat up half a cup of Water,then add Sugar and make a thick puree,take aside for cooling.

  • In All Purpose Flour add Ghee, Baking Soda and sugar syrup, mix it well and knead a hard dough of it.

  • Now make balls of this dough and roll it by rolling, and cut this puri in 2 parts, in each part keep some nuts and make triangle shape like Samosas.

  • In heated Ghee fry these samosas till golden brown.
