INGREDIENTS:
All Purpose Flour : 1 kg
Almonds (fine chopped) : 100 gms
Pistachios (fine chopped) : 75 gms
Coconut (fine chopped): 100 gms
Raisins : 100 gms
Dry Dates (fine chopped) : 100 gms
Ghee : As Required
Sugar : 1/2 kg
Baking Soda : 1/2 tsp
RECIPE:
Heat up half a cup of Water,then add Sugar and make a thick puree,take aside for cooling.
In All Purpose Flour add Ghee, Baking Soda and sugar syrup, mix it well and knead a hard dough of it.
Now make balls of this dough and roll it by rolling, and cut this puri in 2 parts, in each part keep some nuts and make triangle shape like Samosas.
In heated Ghee fry these samosas till golden brown.
