MATAR MUSHROOM


INGREDIENTS:

1. Mushrooms: 250gms

2. Peas: 1 cup

3. Tomatoes (medium): 4

4. Green Chilies: 2

5. Paprika Powder: 11/2 tsp

6. Coriander Powder: 1 tsp

7. Garam Masala Powder: ½ tsp

8. Salt: To Taste

9. Oil or Ghee: 1 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • Cut Mushrooms in slices,make thick puree of Tomatoes in blender.

  • Heat up Oil, add Paprika Powder,Green Chiles, Tomato puree cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Now add Coriander Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Salt cook till Oil will be seperated.

  • Now add Mushroom & Peas, cook it for 10- 15 minutes.

  • Sprinkle Coriander Leaves on it.

  • Serve it hot.
