MANGO ICE CREAM


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Milk : 1/2 tr

  2. Sugar : 2 tbsp

  3. Gelatin powder : 1 tbsp

  4. Mangoes : 2

  5. Fresh Cream : 1 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Peel off Mangoes, remove seeds and cut in cubes.

  • Dissolve Gelatin Powder in 1 tbsp semi hot Water.

  • Boil Milk then add Sugar and Mango cubes,cook it for 15-20 minutes now add Gelatin Powder,mix it well.

  • Cool it on room temperature.

  • Blend Cream and Mango Puree together.

  • Put it in Ice cream Jar,freeze it for 1 an hour.

  • Now again blend it and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
