MANGO ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:
Milk : 1/2 tr
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Gelatin powder : 1 tbsp
Mangoes : 2
Fresh Cream : 1 Cup
RECIPE:
Peel off Mangoes, remove seeds and cut in cubes.
Dissolve Gelatin Powder in 1 tbsp semi hot Water.
Boil Milk then add Sugar and Mango cubes,cook it for 15-20 minutes now add Gelatin Powder,mix it well.
Cool it on room temperature.
Blend Cream and Mango Puree together.
Put it in Ice cream Jar,freeze it for 1 an hour.
Now again blend it and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
