INGREDIENTS:
Semolina :11/2 Cup
Milk : 2 Cups
Brown Sugar : 2 Cups
Raisins : As Required
Walnut : 2 tbsp.
Cashew Nuts : 25 gm
Almonds : 25 gm
Pistachio : 25 gm
Coconut : 15 gm
Green Cardamom : 2-3
Ghee : 1 Cup
RECIPE:
Mix Semolina in Milk and keep aside for 2 hours.
In 2 tbsp. of Ghee Fry Almonds, Cashew and Walnuts then add Raisins, Pistachio and fry for more 2 minutes.
In Karahi Pot add Ghee then Sugar and cook it on slow flame till Sugar melt and changed the color, if required add 2 tsp of water for avoid sticking.
Now add semolina & milk, cook it on slow flame for 10 minutes, move the spoon regularly then add Coconut and Green Cardamom, cook it till Ghee separated then add other Nuts and cook for more 15 minutes in slow flame.
Then separate Ghee by the spoon pressure and dish out it.
