INGREDIENTS:
Rice : 1/2 kg
Potatoes : 1/2 kg
Minced : 250 gms
Red Chili Powder : To Taste
Salt : To Taste
Garam Masala Powder :1/2 tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves :1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped): 3 tbsp
Gram Flour : 1 Cup
Oil : As Required
RECIPE:
Clean and soaked Rice for 20 minutes then boil it.
Boil Potatoes and peel off it.
Heat up 2 tbsp of Oil, add Minced, Salt, Red Chili Powder,cook and dry it.
In a large bowl, put Rice and Potatoes,add Garam Masala Powder,Dry Fenugreek Powder,Coriander Leaves,mix well and make thin tikyas (Hings).
Make thin tikyan of Minced, put 1 Minced Tikyan in two Rice Tikyans, Push the sides.
Beat Gram Flour in some Water,add some Salt and chili powder.
Heat up Oil,dip tikyans in a Gram Flour mixture then fry it.
serve hot with sauce.
