MADRASI CHAWAL KABAB


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Rice : 1/2 kg

  2. Potatoes : 1/2 kg

  3. Minced : 250 gms

  4. Red Chili Powder : To Taste

  5. Salt : To Taste

  6. Garam Masala Powder :1/2 tsp

  7. Dry Fenugreek Leaves :1/2 tsp

  8. Coriander leaves (chopped): 3 tbsp

  9. Gram Flour : 1 Cup

  10. Oil : As Required

RECIPE:
  • Clean and soaked Rice for 20 minutes then boil it.

  • Boil Potatoes and peel off it.

  • Heat up 2 tbsp of Oil, add Minced, Salt, Red Chili Powder,cook and dry it.

  • In a large bowl, put Rice and Potatoes,add Garam Masala Powder,Dry Fenugreek Powder,Coriander Leaves,mix well and make thin tikyas (Hings).

  • Make thin tikyan of Minced, put 1 Minced Tikyan in two Rice Tikyans, Push the sides.

  • Beat Gram Flour in some Water,add some Salt and chili powder.

  • Heat up Oil,dip tikyans in a Gram Flour mixture then fry it.

  • serve hot with sauce.
