MADRASI ALOO


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes : 500 gm

  2. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  3. Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp

  4. Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp

  5. Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp

  6. Khatai powder : 1 tbsp

  7. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  8. Oil : 2 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • Peel off Potatoes, cut in medium cubes and boil it.

  • Squeeze Potato cubes.

  • Roast & crushed Cumin and Coriander Seeds.

  • Heat up Oil, add Potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Now add Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Cumin, Coriander and Khatai Powder.

  • Mix well,dish out it,serve hot.
