INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes : 500 gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Khatai powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
RECIPE:
Peel off Potatoes, cut in medium cubes and boil it.
Squeeze Potato cubes.
Roast & crushed Cumin and Coriander Seeds.
Heat up Oil, add Potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Cumin, Coriander and Khatai Powder.
Mix well,dish out it,serve hot.
