Ingredients:
Bottle gourd:500gm
Milk : 1/2 ltr
Sugar : 1cup
Green food color : 1pinch
Khoya : 1 cup
Ghee : 2tbsp
Recipe:
Boil milk and cook on medium flame.
Peel off and graded bottle gourd.
Add it and food color in milk now cook it to dry milk.
Heat up ghee and add bottle gourd, mix it now add sugar,cook it for 5 minutes then add khoya,mix well.
Grease a serving tray and spread this mixture and cut in square shape.
Cool it on room temperature.
