Ingredients:
  1. Bottle gourd:500gm

  2. Milk : 1/2 ltr

  3. Sugar : 1cup

  4. Green food color : 1pinch

  5. Khoya : 1 cup

  6. Ghee : 2tbsp

Recipe:
  • Boil milk and cook on medium flame.

  • Peel off and graded bottle gourd.

  • Add it and food color in milk now cook it to dry milk.

  • Heat up ghee and add bottle gourd, mix it now add sugar,cook it for 5 minutes then add khoya,mix well.

  • Grease a serving tray and spread this mixture and cut in square shape.

  • Cool it on room temperature.
