INGREDIENTS :
Bottle Gourd : 250 gm
Sugar : ! Cup
Milk : 1 tr
Khoya : 1/2 Cup
Sago : 1/2 Cup
Raisins : 15 gm
Almonds: 25 gm
RECIPE:
Boil Milk and cook on medium flame for reducing half.
Peel off Bottle Gourd , crush and boil it then drain out this.
Soak Sago in Water for 1/2 an hour then boil & drain out it.
Add Bottle Gourd & Sago in Milk,cook with gradually mixing till thick.
Add Sugar, more cook for 10 minutes then add Khoya,mix it.
Dish out it. keep it Fridge to chill.
Sprinkle Dry nuts on it.
