LAUKI KHEER


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Bottle Gourd : 250 gm

  2. Sugar : ! Cup

  3. Milk : 1 tr

  4. Khoya : 1/2 Cup

  5. Sago : 1/2 Cup

  6. Raisins : 15 gm

  7. Almonds: 25 gm

RECIPE:
  • Boil Milk and cook on medium flame for reducing half.

  • Peel off Bottle Gourd , crush and boil it then drain out this.

  • Soak Sago in Water for 1/2 an hour then boil & drain out it.

  • Add Bottle Gourd & Sago in Milk,cook with gradually mixing till thick.

  • Add Sugar, more cook for 10 minutes then add Khoya,mix it.

  • Dish out it. keep it Fridge to chill.

  • Sprinkle Dry nuts on it.
