LAUKI RAITA



INGREDIENTS:
  1. Curd : 500 gms

  2. Bottle Gourd : 250 gms

  3. Green Chilies : 2-3

  4. Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp

  5. Mint Leaves : 1/2 tbsp

  6. Garlic (sliced) : 2 Cloves

  7. Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp

  8. Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  9. Black Pepper (crushed) : 1 tsp

  10. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  11. Black Salt : 1 pinch

  12. Ghee : 2 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • Peel off Bottle Gourd, crushed it then boil it in little Water & drain out it.

  • Roast Coriander Seeds ,Cumin Seeds,Black Pepper for 2 minutes then crush it by hands.

  • Blend Green Chiles, Coriander Leaves, Mint leaves with very little Water.

  • Beat Curd, add 1/2 Cup of Water then add roasted spices,Salts, Bottle Gourd,Green Sauce,mix it well.

  • Heat up Ghee,add Garlic Cloves, when it will golden brown,pour this Tarka on Curd.

  • Raita is ready,Serve it.
