INGREDIENTS:
Curd : 500 gms
Bottle Gourd : 250 gms
Green Chilies : 2-3
Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves : 1/2 tbsp
Garlic (sliced) : 2 Cloves
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) : 1 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black Salt : 1 pinch
Ghee : 2 tbsp
RECIPE:
Peel off Bottle Gourd, crushed it then boil it in little Water & drain out it.
Roast Coriander Seeds ,Cumin Seeds,Black Pepper for 2 minutes then crush it by hands.
Blend Green Chiles, Coriander Leaves, Mint leaves with very little Water.
Beat Curd, add 1/2 Cup of Water then add roasted spices,Salts, Bottle Gourd,Green Sauce,mix it well.
Heat up Ghee,add Garlic Cloves, when it will golden brown,pour this Tarka on Curd.
Raita is ready,Serve it.
