INGREDIENTS:
Beef : 1kg
Bottle Gourd : 1/2 kg
Onions (sliced) : 250gms
Tomato (sliced) : 1
Green Chilies :4-5
Coriander Leaves : 1/4 bunch
Salt: 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder : 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Oil : 1/2 Cup
RECIPE:
In 2 Glass of Water,add Meat,Onion,Tomato,Salt, Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste.
Cook for 1 & 1/2 hours,when meat ready,dry Water.
Peel off Bottle Gourd and cut in thick slices.
Add 1 & 1/2 Glasses of Water in dry meat then add Bottle Gourd,cook it for 15 minutes when Bottle Gourd ready,switch off the flame.
Aad Coriander Leaves, Sprinkle Garam Masala Powder.
