lAUKI GOSHT GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Beef : 1kg

  2. Bottle Gourd : 1/2 kg

  3. Onions (sliced) : 250gms

  4. Tomato (sliced) : 1

  5. Green Chilies :4-5

  6. Coriander Leaves : 1/4 bunch

  7. Salt: 1 tsp

  8. Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp

  9. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  10. Coriander Powder : 2 tsp

  11. Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tbsp

  12. Oil : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE:
  • In 2 Glass of Water,add Meat,Onion,Tomato,Salt, Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste.

  • Cook for 1 & 1/2 hours,when meat ready,dry Water.

  • Peel off Bottle Gourd and cut in thick slices.

  • Add 1 & 1/2 Glasses of Water in dry meat then add Bottle Gourd,cook it for 15 minutes when Bottle Gourd ready,switch off the flame.

  • Aad Coriander Leaves, Sprinkle Garam Masala Powder.
