KHAGINA


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Eggs :2

  2. Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  3. Salt : To taste

  4. Rec Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  5. Onion (chopped): 1

  6. Green Chilies (chopped) : 2

  7. Tomato (chopped) : 1

  8. Flour : 1 pinch

  9. Oil : 2 tbsp.

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Oil, Put some Cumin Seeds, fry it then add Onion, sauté it.

  • Add Tomato, cook till to soft then add Spices.

  • Beat Eggs, add flour mix again, in Egg's beater add Green Chilies, pour this mixture on spices, cook on medium flame from both sides,

  • Serve in break fast with Paratha.
