KATAKAT


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton (liver,brain,kidney,tongue,heart) : 1/2 kg

  2. Onions (chopped) : 250 gms

  3. Tomatoes : 2

  4. Green Chilies : 2

  5. Ginger (chopped) : 1 tbsp

  6. Garlic (chopped) : 1 tsp

  7. Coriander leaves (chopped) : 2 tbsp

  8. Salt : To Taste

  9. Red Chilies : To Taste

  10. Oil : 3 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • On Tawa heat up Oil, add Onions cook it till light brown then add liver and brain.

  • Do pieces of it by spoon, add Tomatoes,Ginger & Garlic, mix it in slices by spoon.

  • Add Salt, Red Chili powder,mix it.

  • In end add Coriander leaves, Green Chilies.

  • Serve hot with Naans.
