INGREDIENTS:
Beef Minced : 1 kg
Onions : 4
Tomatoes (chopped) :3
Fennel Seeds (chopped) : 1 tsp
Dry Ginger Powder : 1/2 tsp
Black Cumin (chopped) : 1 pinch
Green Cardamom (chopped) : 3
Mint : 1 tbsp
Green Chilies : 2-3
Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
Heeng : 1/2 pinch
RECIPE:
Chop 2 onions,add this in Minced,add Salt,half of Green masala, half of Garam masala,make round balls.
In a pan heat Oil,add 2 onions sliced fry it,add Tomatoes and other leftover ingredients,cook for 3 minutes then add 1/4 cup Water to make thick puree.
Now add koftas in it,cook more 5-10 minutes.
Then dishout it.Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
