INGREDIENTS:
Mutton Liver : 500 gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp
Black Pepper : 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Yogurt : 1/2 Cup
RECIPE :
Roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black pepper and Crush it.
Marinate all ingredients with Kaleji for 1 an hour.
Now heat up Oil, cook kaleji just for 10-15 minutes.
Serve it hot with Naan and sauce.
