kaleji


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton Liver : 500 gm

  2. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  3. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  4. Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp

  5. Coriander Seeds : 1 tsp

  6. Black Pepper : 1/2 tsp

  7. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp

  8. Oil : 2 tbsp

  9. Yogurt : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE :

  • Roast Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black pepper and Crush it.

  • Marinate all ingredients with Kaleji for 1 an hour.

  • Now heat up Oil, cook kaleji just for 10-15 minutes.

  • Serve it hot with Naan and sauce.
