KADDU KI KHEER


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kaddu (crushed) : 2 cups

  2. Milk : 1&1/2 ltr

  3. Sabudana (tapioca pearls) : 1 Cup

  4. Khoya : 1/2 Cup

  5. Green Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp

  6. Sugar : 2 Cups

  7. Dry Fruits : As required

RECIPE:
  • Boil and drain out Kaddu, boil Milk and add kaddu' cook till milk will reduce more than half, move spoon gradually.

  • Boil Sabudana in Water,take aside for cooling.

  • Add Sugar,Khoya, Cardamom Powder,Sabudana,cook by moving spoon for 15-20 minutes.

  • Now dishout and garnish with Dry Nuts,cool on room temperature then cool in fridge for 2 hours.
