INGREDIENTS:
Kaddu (crushed) : 2 cups
Milk : 1&1/2 ltr
Sabudana (tapioca pearls) : 1 Cup
Khoya : 1/2 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Sugar : 2 Cups
Dry Fruits : As required
RECIPE:
Boil and drain out Kaddu, boil Milk and add kaddu' cook till milk will reduce more than half, move spoon gradually.
Boil Sabudana in Water,take aside for cooling.
Add Sugar,Khoya, Cardamom Powder,Sabudana,cook by moving spoon for 15-20 minutes.
Now dishout and garnish with Dry Nuts,cool on room temperature then cool in fridge for 2 hours.
