INGREDIENTS:
Minced : 1 kg
Onions (chopped) : 125 gm
Salt : To Taste
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1 tbsp.
Cumin Seeds : 1tsp
Gram Masala Powder : 2 tsp
Gram Flour (roasted): 4 tbsp.
Coconut Powder : 3tbsp.
Poppy Seeds (paste) : 3 tbsp.
Almonds powder : 2 tbsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp.
Kachri Powder :3 tbsp.
Fry Onion (crushed) : 1 cup
Coal : 1 piece
Oil : 1 cup
Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp.
Green chilies : 3-4
RECIPE:
Add Salt and Kachri powder in minced take aside for 1 an hour.
Now Heat up Oil, fry this minced then keep to cook on slow flame for 1/2 an hour then add All spices in it.
Then add chopped onion, Gram Flour and cook it on slow flame till Oil come on surface.
Keep hot Coal piece on a onion cover and keep in center of cooked minced, pour few drops of oil and cover it to smoked.
Now separate the Coal Piece.
Sprinkle Chopped Green Chili and Coriander leaves.
Serve with sauce and Naans.
