KACHRI QEEMA


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Minced : 1 kg

  2. Onions (chopped) : 125 gm

  3. Salt : To Taste

  4. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  5. Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp

  6. Coriander Seeds : 1 tbsp.

  7. Cumin Seeds : 1tsp

  8. Gram Masala Powder : 2 tsp

  9. Gram Flour (roasted): 4 tbsp.

  10. Coconut Powder : 3tbsp.

  11. Poppy Seeds (paste) : 3 tbsp.

  12. Almonds powder : 2 tbsp.

  13. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp.

  14. Kachri Powder :3 tbsp.

  15. Fry Onion (crushed) : 1 cup

  16. Coal : 1 piece

  17. Oil : 1 cup

  18. Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp.

  19. Green chilies : 3-4

RECIPE:
  • Add Salt and Kachri powder in minced take aside for 1 an hour.

  • Now Heat up Oil, fry this minced then keep to cook on slow flame for 1/2 an hour then add All spices in it.

  • Then add chopped onion, Gram Flour and cook it on slow flame till Oil come on surface.

  • Keep hot Coal piece on a onion cover and keep in center of cooked minced, pour few drops of oil and cover it to smoked.

  • Now separate the Coal Piece.

  • Sprinkle Chopped Green Chili and Coriander leaves.

  • Serve with sauce and Naans.
