JIGGERY PEANUT


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Jiggery : 100gm

  2. Ghee : 1 tbsp.

  3. Peanuts : 1 Cup

  4. Water : 1/4 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Melt Ghee on heat then add Water and Jiggery.

  • Melt Jiggery then add Peanuts.

  • Grease a Tray and spread this mixture to cool on room temperature.

  • Cut it in slices.
