JHINGA NOODLES SOUP


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Prawns : 200 gms

  2. Green Chili (fine chopped) : 1

  3. Red Chilies : 2

  4. Eggs Noodles : 50 gms

  5. Soya Sauce : 1 tsp

  6. Ginger (chopped) : 1 tsp

  7. Corn Flour :2 tbsp

  8. Salt : To Taste

  9. Egg : 1

  10. Mushrooms (fine chopped) : 4

  11. Corn Seeds : 1/2 Cup

  12. Garlic (chopped): 1 tsp

  13. Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp

  14. Water : 5 Cups

  15. Oil : 1 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Oil, and add prawns, Ginger & Garlic, fry just 2 minutes then add Water.

  • Take a boil in water and add Salt,Mushrooms,Corn Seeds, Green Chili, Red Chilies,Noodles,cook till Noodles ready,

  • Now add dissolve Corn flour gradually, mix by spoon,in same method add beaten Egg.

  • Add Soya Sauce, Black Pepper powder, Green Chillies.

  • If required sprinkle Red Chili Powder.

  • Serve hot.
