JHINGA NOODLES SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
Prawns : 200 gms
Green Chili (fine chopped) : 1
Red Chilies : 2
Eggs Noodles : 50 gms
Soya Sauce : 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) : 1 tsp
Corn Flour :2 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Egg : 1
Mushrooms (fine chopped) : 4
Corn Seeds : 1/2 Cup
Garlic (chopped): 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Water : 5 Cups
Oil : 1 tbsp
RECIPE:
Heat up Oil, and add prawns, Ginger & Garlic, fry just 2 minutes then add Water.
Take a boil in water and add Salt,Mushrooms,Corn Seeds, Green Chili, Red Chilies,Noodles,cook till Noodles ready,
Now add dissolve Corn flour gradually, mix by spoon,in same method add beaten Egg.
Add Soya Sauce, Black Pepper powder, Green Chillies.
If required sprinkle Red Chili Powder.
Serve hot.
