HOT AND SOUR SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boiled and shredded): 1 Cup
Chicken stock : 3 Cups
Salt : To Taste
Black Pepper(crushed) : 1 1/2 tsp
Chili Sauce : 2 tsp
Vinegar : 1/2 tsp
Chicken Powder : 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup : 1 tbsp.
Capsicum (chopped) : 1
Carrot (chopped) :1
Green Onion (chopped) : 1
Corn flour : 1 1/2 tbsp.
Oil : 1 tbsp.
RECIPE:
Stir fry the chopped vegetables in Oil.
Heat up the Chicken Stock, add shredded chicken cook on slow flame approximately 1/2 an hour.
Add Salt, Pepper, chili Sauce, Vinegar, Chicken Powder and Ketchup.
Dissolve Corn Flour in very little Water, add gradually in soup to get required thickness.
Switch off the flame, Serve hot the Soup.
