INGREDIENTS:
Beef (boneless) : 1/2 kg
Rice : 1/2 kg
Onions (sliced) : 4
Ginger Garlic Paste :2 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Onions : 4
Garam powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (paste): 2 tbsp
Papaya Raw (paste ) : 2 tbsp
Green Chilies (paste) : 2 tbsp
Mint (paste) : 1/2 tbsp
Yogurt : 1 Cup
Yellow Food Color : 1/4 tsp
kewra : 4 tbsp
Oil : As Required
RECIPE:
Heat Oil, add Onions,fry it to golden brown,seperate some fried Onions.
Add in this onion,Raw Papaya,Green Masala,Ginger Garlic paste,Garam Masala,Yogurt,mix it well and take aside for 1 an hour.
Clean Rice,soaked it for 1/2 an hour.
In overleft Onions and Oil add marinate meat,keep it for cooking till water dry.
Then cook it for high flame,roast it.
Boil Rice when 3/4 cooked, drain out it.Seperate half Rice,make a layer then add Beef again put Rice, food color,fry Onions and Kehwra.
For 5-10 minutes cook on high then do flame slow and cook for more 10 minutes.
Serve with Raita & Salad.
