HARA MASALA MACHLI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Fish : 8 slices

  2. Salt : To taste

  3. Black pepper (crushed): 2 tsp

  4. Onion : (sliced) : 1

  5. Green Chilies : 8-10

  6. Coriander Leaves : 1/4 bunch

  7. Mint Leaves : 1tbsp

  8. Vinegar : 2 tbsp.

  9. Oil : 1 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Spread Vinegar on fish slices, keep aside.

  • Blend Green Chiles ,Onion, Coriander & Mint leaves together, make a thick puree.

  • Heat up Oil, add Fish slices fry both sides till golden brown.

  • Then add Salt, Black Pepper, mix it.

  • Now add Green sauce cook till color will be changed but not dried.

  • Serve with boiled Rice.
