INGREDIENTS:
Fish : 8 slices
Salt : To taste
Black pepper (crushed): 2 tsp
Onion : (sliced) : 1
Green Chilies : 8-10
Coriander Leaves : 1/4 bunch
Mint Leaves : 1tbsp
Vinegar : 2 tbsp.
Oil : 1 Cup
RECIPE:
Spread Vinegar on fish slices, keep aside.
Blend Green Chiles ,Onion, Coriander & Mint leaves together, make a thick puree.
Heat up Oil, add Fish slices fry both sides till golden brown.
Then add Salt, Black Pepper, mix it.
Now add Green sauce cook till color will be changed but not dried.
Serve with boiled Rice.
