GULGULAY


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Flour : 2 Cups

  2. Sugar :1 Cup

  3. Yeast : 1 Sachet

  4. Raisins : 25 gm

  5. Coconuts (crushed) : 25 gm

  6. Funnel Seeds : 2 tbsp

  7. Ghee : To Deep Fry

RECIPE:
  • In half Cup of Warm Water dissolve Yeast and Sugar.

  • Squeeze Flour, add Raisin, Coconut and Funnel Seeds.

  • include Sugar mixture in Flour.

  • Add required Water and make thick puree.

  • Heat up Ghee, on medium flame pour this mixture gradually with a spoon in Warm Ghee, fry till brown.

  • Serve hot.
