INGREDIENTS:
Flour : 2 Cups
Sugar :1 Cup
Yeast : 1 Sachet
Raisins : 25 gm
Coconuts (crushed) : 25 gm
Funnel Seeds : 2 tbsp
Ghee : To Deep Fry
RECIPE:
In half Cup of Warm Water dissolve Yeast and Sugar.
Squeeze Flour, add Raisin, Coconut and Funnel Seeds.
include Sugar mixture in Flour.
Add required Water and make thick puree.
Heat up Ghee, on medium flame pour this mixture gradually with a spoon in Warm Ghee, fry till brown.
Serve hot.
